Privacy

This page covers xmotracker.com, the public site for XMO Tracker. The site and the product are operated by KKAi Solutions, LLC.

What we collect

When you join the interest list we receive:

• the name, work email, organization, role and note you enter;
• the time of the submission and the country your request came from;
• a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions.

The site doesn't set its own cookies or run analytics or advertising scripts.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than a bot. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser to do this and is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

How we use it

Your details are sent by email to KKAi Solutions and stored in a database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We use them to contact you about XMO Tracker and for nothing else. We don't sell them or share them with third parties.

Removing your details

To be removed from the list, or to see what we hold about you, email kkeller@kkaisolutions.com.

The XMO Tracker application

Access to the application itself is limited to approved email addresses, and its use is governed by the agreement for each engagement rather than by this page.
